Democracy's future is being built right now, in our communities, by people with the courage to tell new stories about who we are and who we can become together.
Possibility grows when people can see themselves in the future — and see a role for themselves in building it.
That is why culture belongs inside democracy work. Creators for Democracy, a sibling initiative in our ecosystem, connects creators with libraries and civic institutions to turn storytelling, imagination and joy into civic infrastructure.
We are building a movement network that does more than respond to crisis. It creates spaces where people can experience what a more connected, joyful and expansive democracy could actually feel like.
